I borrow from a lot of gender theory and political philosophy that I had the privilege of learning and working with during my master’s degree. Including radical forms of thought that don’t necessarily seek to terminate feelings of anxiety, anger or other ‘negative’ emotions, but rather highlight their purpose allow for my clients to fully feel the depth of the injustices and hardships in their life. Building on this, we learn how to cope with a hardship that may not necessarily go away.
